Casting & Extrusion Infrastructure

Raw Material Storage

Scrap Yard or Raw Material Storage divided into sections for Virgin Material, Graded Scrap, Process Scrap from the Casting, Extrusion, and Machining Divisions & Recycling Scrap from Customers, which includes end cuts, chips, solid forms, and swarfs.

The area features fixed storage racks and movable trolleys with Proper Labelling to ensure secure and efficient material movement during processing, sorting, and delivery to the furnace for melting

Billet & Ingot Foundry

At our foundry, we use advanced coreless induction furnaces to produce copper alloy billets and ingots. With three furnaces, we have a combined capacity of 3000 kg every two hours. We mix brass scrap with virgin metals to create custom grades as per customer specifications, ensuring quality products through precise alloy composition and advanced metallurgical processes.

Billet Yard

The Billet Yard stores billets for extrusion, releasing them based on work orders. Heat numbers are recorded in the ERP system to ensure specifications and track production costs. All materials are traceable back to the foundry scrap, and billets are stored by alloy and size.

Extrusion Mill

Our facility features a 600 MT hydraulic extrusion press that transforms cast billets into round, hexagonal, square, flat, and hollow profiles. Advanced pre-heating ensures excellent material flow and precise dimensions. Our modern facility meets diverse customer needs with accuracy and efficiency, producing high-quality extruded products for various applications and industries. With a skilled team and strict quality control, we meet top industry standards.

Rod Processing

Our infrastructure includes a pickling process after extrusion, which prepares materials for cold drawing. We use precision finishing dies to reduce cross-sections, ensuring each item meets exact tolerances for uniformity and reliability. We further enhance the materials through surface finishing, straightening, and machining, improving their physical and mechanical properties to meet customer needs. This thorough process ensures our products are high-quality, easy to machine, and meet industry standards.

Inspection

The Final Inspection Area is where our products undergo thorough evaluation to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards before leaving our facility. This critical step ensures that only products of the highest quality reach our customers, maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Packing Area

Packing area is where products are carefully prepared for shipment to customers. Here, we ensure that each item is securely packaged according to specific requirements, maintaining product integrity and safeguarding against damage during transit. This thorough process ensures that our products arrive safely and in optimal condition to our customers worldwide.

Finish Goods Storage/Dispatch Area

The Finished Goods Storage Area is crucial for our operations, serving as the final destination for our products before they are shipped to customers. This organized space ensures that inventory is carefully managed, allowing for efficient order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
